The Chandler Group is a father-daughter real estate team rooted in North Texas and built on more than 25 years of experience, strong local relationships and a shared commitment to taking care of people.

A West Texas native, Kirby Chandler began his career as a teacher and coach in Texas public schools before transitioning into real estate in 1999. His background as an educator shaped the steady work ethic, straightforward communication and patient guidance that have defined his approach ever since. Over the years, Kirby has represented buyers and sellers across residential, farm and ranch, and commercial real estate throughout Frisco, Plano, McKinney and the surrounding North Texas communities. He is known for his practical perspective, extensive market knowledge and ability to keep even complicated transactions moving forward.

Kirby now works alongside his daughter, Madison Jacobs, a Frisco native and graduate of Wakeland High School and the University of Arkansas, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing. Before entering real estate, Madison worked as a registered nurse and later spent several years at home raising her children. Her nursing background strengthened the qualities she now brings to real estate: thoughtful communication, close attention to detail, calm problem-solving and a genuine desire to help people feel informed and supported.

Madison lives in Far North Dallas with her husband and their two boys, who attend (and will eventually attend) Plano ISD schools. With family and longtime connections throughout the area, she brings a firsthand understanding of the schools, neighborhoods and everyday lifestyle that matter to North Texas families. Her warm, energetic personality and modern approach to marketing complement Kirby’s experience, steady presence and deep knowledge of the local market.
